Each harness is completely tailored to your project/application and is built to order.
Common materials include tefzel wire (M22759/32 and /16), Raychem DR-25 heat shrink tubing and molded boots, Deutsch Autosport circular connectors, Deutsch DTM/DT/DTP industrial connectors, and genuine OEM connectors.
We also offer Build-To-Print services utilizing customer supplied drawings and documentation.

Each harness comes with pinout documentation utilizing our detailed and comprehensive format, including each wire’s start and end points, function, size and color for every connection in the harness.
In addition, custom design drawings can be made, including length measurements, connector numbers and labels.
